With the chance to experience the events first-hand, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual who thrives on detail, accuracy and planning to make sure we continue to deliver outstanding brand-led sports travel holidays for our clients in our busy, forward thinking flights department.

What we are looking for:

  • An individual who loves making sure customers come first by delivering great service
  • GDS (Galileo) experience with knowledge of fares and ticketing would be advantageous but not essential as training will be available
  • A keen passion for the travel industry and everything that goes with it
  • A great team player, happy to ‘help out’ in other areas to grow your experience and opportunities
  • A meticulous individual with great attention to detail
  • Someone who’s not fazed by tight deadlines – time management is key
  • Willingness to attend airport departures to see our clients off on their travel and also work away at events/on tour to ensure seamless service and to witness our experiences first-hand

What you’ll be getting involved in:

  • Quoting and arranging complex travel requirements domestically and internationally for individual and group travel requests utilising Global Distribution System (GDS) – Galileo
  • Providing travel solutions and recommendations for flight, rail and accommodation requests, analysing and researching best fares and routings with due diligence checks on recommended suppliers
  • Processing flight tickets through GDS – Galileo
  • Liaising with internal departments and suppliers regarding requests from potential and existing customers
  • Co-ordinating travel products, focusing on contracts and allocations, adhering to terms and conditions and commitment and payment terms of each supplier
  • Acting as a primary contact for suppliers and business and team travel clients, ensuring they receive excellent customer service
  • Providing out of hours support for our clients as and when required
